Amanda was the best money we spent on our wedding! She provided regular updates and meetings to keep us on track, coordinated with all our vendors, and was very easy and fun to work with. When we were confused about how to handle certain elements of the wedding, she provided really useful feedback based on her experience. On the day of, she was there for almost 12 hours straight, in the background, directing everything in a way that made it look effortless. Amanda is the best! I recommend her without any reservation.

Amanda is AMAZING! She was so easy to work with, extremely detail oriented, and very thoughtful in her approach. In the beginning stages of planning, she was able to really understand and embrace the concept I had for my wedding. She then thought a lot about the execution- and my little ideas turned into a 5 page document with detailed timeline and action items! I was truly so impressed. Day of- I didn’t need to think about a thing. She dealt with any issues we had and allowed me to be totally present on our day. My husband and I are so thankful. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to feel stress-free on your wedding day, than look no further than Amanda with Storybook Weddings for your day-of coordinator needs!!!! We met with Amanda a few times in advance to create our game plan and she provided thoughtful feedback on how to make our day go as smoothly as possible. She touched base with all our vendors in advance as well to make sure we were all on the same wavelength (she even answered many questions for us about them). We had an efficient and effective walk through the day before. Once the big day started she killed it on arranging our decor to look picture perfect, and everything flowed SOOOO smoothly, not a single person came up to ask me questions because she had organized everything perfectly! Everything was moved to different spaces when it needed to be and at the end of the night she had everything boxed up and organized for a smooth departure. Basically Amanda and her support staff were the glue that kept everything together. So many of our guests commented on how friendly and helpful they were, which I think is double testament to how great they were because guests asked them questions and not us! If I could give Storybook Weddings a million stars I would because everything was taken care of in such a thoughtful and unobtrusive way that made it feel like everything had been done with a magic wand. I have already recommended her to contacts I have who are getting married, and I highly recommend them to YOU reading this as well!!

Rose and Kai

We worked with Amanda as our day-of-coordinator. She was super on top of everything, and had great recommendations for our timeline / how to carry out all the little things we wanted to include on our wedding day. She was also super responsive via text / email, and answered all my questions. On the day-of, she perfectly set up the venue, making everything look beautiful. We had a couple outfit changes and lots of different "events" and she was awesome at keeping everything on time. We wouldn't have had such a smooth, amazing wedding without her!  Happy fall!Rose

Amanda was great with getting all of our personal decor set up and running the day of the wedding. I was completely at ease knowing that she had everything handled. I am a planner by nature so it was nice to turn my brain off and let her have the reigns.
