You can sit back, sip champagne and enjoy the day with your family and friends. I will answer questions, direct vendors and set up decor so that you can feel like a guest at your own wedding!​

Day of Coordination package includes;

  • 3 phone meetings 

  • 1 venue walk through prior to event

  • Creation of wedding day timeline

  • Management of wedding day for up to 9 hours 

  • Greeting and organization of vendors 

  • Set up of decor and personal items 

  • Cueing of wedding day events 

  • Packing up of couples personal decor items at the end of event

  • Assistance with wedding rehearsal​

Partial Planning

$2000

Think you might want a little more help? No worries, I got you! With partial planning I will be there to guide you through some of your decisions and point you in the right direction with others.

Partial planning includes;
​

  • Unlimited text, calls and emails 

  • 1 venue walk through prior to event

  • Vendor and venue recommendations 

  • Assistance in rental decisions 

  • Assistance with event decor styling and design

  • Consulting with all vendors ahead of time ensuring we are all adhering to the same timing 

  • Creation of wedding day timeline

  • Management of wedding day for up to 11 hours 

  • Disbursement of payments and gratuities to vendors 

  • Greeting and organization of vendors 

  • Set up of decor and personal items 

  • Cueing of wedding day events 

  • Packing up the couples personal decor items at the end of the event 

  • Gathering of cards and gifts for the couple

  • Assistance with wedding rehearsal

Planning your day at a DIY venue or using a smaller caterer? Set up of a wedding  can be a daunting task and not having the staff to execute it can be detrimental to the day. Storybook Weddings can bring in the people to do all the heavy lifting. We can help with;
