Once upon a time in the beautiful rolling hills of Nevada County, there lived a woman who loved coordinating weddings. After growing up in the lovely forest, marring her own prince charming and having little goblins, she decided she wanted to make other couples love stories tangible in the form of wondrous weddings!
Hi, I'm Amanda!
I’m a hopeless romantic who loves all things love and weddings. My passion for weddings began about eight years ago while working at various venues in Nevada County and the surrounding areas. I quickly discovered that not only did I love bringing dream weddings to life, but I also had a natural talent for it. And that’s how Storybook Weddings Coordination was born!
Why Storybook Weddings?
In addition to my love for weddings, I’m an avid reader. Give me any fiction book I can get lost in, and I’m a happy camper! My love for storytelling has also given me the opportunity to collaborate on themed weddings, creative parties, and fantasy photography retreats—bringing a touch of magic to every event.
When it comes to your wedding day, I’m all business—I’ll handle the details so you can relax and enjoy every moment. But outside of that, I don’t take myself too seriously. With a goofy husband and two growing kids, I’ve learned that a little humor makes everything more fun—including the wedding planning process!
